RDA’s Facilitation Centres to Offer all NOCs to Start New Businesses

Rawalpindi: New businesses are offered a facility to acquire all the relevant NOCs from Business Facilitation Centers (BFC) at Rawalpindi Development Authority RDA. This positive news was shared at a congregation highlighting the convenience of the BFCs for the general public while elevating the ease of business. The initiative will assess the services for the entrepreneurs by these centres.

According to the sources, Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi, Hasan Waqar revealed the need for this much-needed measure offered by the BFCs. The ease of business and prompt NOC approvals will save time, resources, and a great deal of inconvenience that was previously met in such processes. DC Waqar emphasised the need for the initiative to start new businesses through a one-window kind of operation through BFCs. He also told the participants that the BFC has already received 72 applications, and these will be entertained as per new SOPs. Multiple desks representing the relevant departments have been set up at BFC in this regard
Several officials and other respected entities were present at the occasion from IDA and CDA, including prominent figures such as CEO Centaurus, Sardar Ilyas Khan. Moreover, Mr. Waqar announced prompt approvals for industrial & commercial constructions, and applications for completion certificates would also be carried out at a fast pace within 30 days. Whereas, applications for alteration in land use would be processed in the period of 45 days. The public is highly praising the measure by the concerned authorities.
