The steps will also be aligned with the global sustainability and eco-friendly push. Joint efforts between both countries will meet a range of objectives.
Dr. Liaquat Ali Shah also said “Over 5,000 skilled Chinese engineers and workers collaborating with their Pakistani counterparts on
CPEC projects.
That’s a powerful blend of experience and local knowledge!”.
However, there are many hurdles in achieving such objectives. But collective efforts and a strong commitment will surpass any bumps in the way.
Recently, the real estate sector of Pakistan has contracted 5.5% due to political and socio-economic conditions. This slow progress was shown
in the SBP Annual Report 2023.
Partnership with China poses a great path ahead for the people of Pakistan and the real estate sector. Coming up with sustainable solutions for the industry will be the foremost challenge of the collaboration. Embracing the result-oriented footprints of China will help Pakistan build not just the infrastructure but also offer a better future.
