Link Road Connecting Margalla Avenue with E-11 to be Completed in a Month

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has released a significant news regarding Margalla Avenue. CDA Member Engineering has stated that Margalla Avenue connecting with E-11 will be completed by the end of this month. This progress will also include an interchange offering a crucial link between routes.

According to the sources, the project was started in December, 2022 comprising the construction of a 5.5km road with an interchange. A much-needed project was due to complete in June 2023 but faced delays to several reasons.
Member Engineering CDA also mentioned that enhancements of Islamabad Expressway from T-Chowk to Koral Interchange is also expected to be completed by June 2024.
The development of road area of Margalla Avenue stretching over 5.5km from Sector D-12 meets Khayaban-e-Iqbal, E-11. It also includes the construction of an interchange at E-11 and a flyover. The project is poised to over ever-increasing traffic problems in Islamabad and conjoining areas.

Additionally, the CDA has also released information to develop 11th Avenue offering integration with above-mentioned road projects. The CDA member also expressed his views for the swift completion of these significant linking projects.
