Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Launched Property Transfer Service for Expats

Lahore: The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz has recently launched a property transfer service. This will focus towards providing convenience to overseas Pakistanis with regard to property transfer-related matters. The initiative will protect them from ever-increasing scams and frauds.

According to the sources, the initiative was stressed at a special meeting of the Punjab Board of Revenue (BoR). She highlighted its significance after receiving a range of complaints from Overseas Pakistanis regarding being financially scammed by different entities in Pakistan.

The newly launched measure will be providing services to Overseas Pakistanis living in Gulf Countries, US, and UK, such as:

• E-filing
• Mutation
• Land Registration
